Offer 01 · The Opportunity Audit
Buy clarity before you buy anything else.
Before you spend a dollar on software, you should know exactly where your hours go, what getting them back is worth, and what it would cost to build. That’s what the Opportunity Audit delivers — in writing.
Fixed price · about 2 weeks · the roadmap is yours to keep
What we do
We spend time inside your business. We sit with the people who do the work, watch where the day actually goes, and trace the spreadsheets, texts, and retyping that hold it together. You know why Thursdays are chaos. Our job is to find what fixing it is worth.
What you get
- A prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities, ranked by payoff
- An expected payoff for each one — hours back, errors gone, calls that stop
- A fixed build price and timeline for each item, in writing
- A plain-English summary you can hand to a business partner
The two weeks
How the audit runs
Week 1
We listen for the echo
Short interviews with you and the people closest to the work. We’re looking for the things your business repeats — the weekly ritual, the phone call your team answers forty times a day, the numbers someone retypes every morning.
Week 2
We price the fixes
Every opportunity gets sized: what it saves per month, what it costs to build, how long it takes. Then we walk you through the roadmap together, starting with the item we’d build first and why.
Fair questions
Before you ask
What if there’s nothing worth building?
Then the roadmap says so, and you’ve spent a fixed, known amount to learn your operation is tighter than most. It happens. We’d rather tell you that than build something you don’t need.
Am I committing to a build?
No. The audit sells clarity, not commitment. The roadmap is yours to keep — take it to another developer, build it in-house, or sit on it for a year. The prices on it stay good for 90 days.
How much disruption is this?
A few hours of your team’s time across two weeks, scheduled around your busy days. We come to you — in person anywhere along the Wasatch Front — or we do it over video. No downtime, no system access needed until you say so.
Why is it priced fixed?
Because everything we sell is. One number, agreed before we start. You’ll find it on the pricing page, not behind a sales call.
Two weeks from now, you could be holding the roadmap.
Fixed price, agreed before we start. Every line item priced. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
